Best smoke shop in town. And I believe the only one with delivery service. The staff is always a knowledgeable and eager to help their customers. They remember your name of your a regular. Nice touch. Customer service seems to be out of style these days but these guys are retro. They are bringing back the art of service. It's highly appreciated!!

Had to come back to edit this…..I keep seeing all these reviews talking about a lot of really deep and to be honest kind of disturbing stuff, I’ve stayed quiet long enough so I think it’s time I let you all in on the behind the scenes SB. First and foremost…..Management NEVERRRRRRRR in my life has I been treated so fairly, so much more than a number or cog in the machine, it’s disgusting how far backwards management will bend to accommodate the staff, giving people a week off to travel? Seriously who the hell does that. Making sure your employees are paid and paid more than any other local shop? What type of sucker would do that, place must be ran by a moron or something! The STAFF? Man this…..this is where it all just falls apart, your staff if supposed to look at customers like they are an annoyance and simply say what do you want. These freaks, these weirdos, like wanna get to know you, want to help you pick out products, make suggestions, it’s kinda stalkerish how I could go into any of the shops and they would be able to tell me at least 3-4 new things they’ve got that they think I’d like. God just take my money and tell me to leave. Weird family of homies thing eww. The selection oh man if your looking for some good old fashioned gas station china glass……this ain’t the place for you, like come on man all I wanted was a 75 cent pipe that you could charge me $50 for, and instead your showing me pipes from local glass blowers, like who cares that they are local, who cares that I’m putting food on the table of one of my neighbors, I don’t want that I wanna buy a cheap pipe that is over priced is going to break instantly and if it doesn’t break is painted with some unregulated chemical that’ll give me a 3rd nipple. On the real, this was the best job I’ve ever had, I made life long friends and family that even now 2 years later I’m still in touch with, people that care about me now as much as they did than. I don’t make them any money now, I’m not getting kickback for this review, I live across the country, I’m doing this because to see some idiots drag a local shop through the dirt, when said local shop survived every damn thing that should kill a new business, that’s disgusting, and honestly if it is the work of an ex employee, I can personally promise ya, that ain’t the type of person that would of lasted there anyway, Burnouts is about a vibe, it’s about and attitude, it’s about bringing those around you up with you to the top, whoever this dude was, sounds like he’s the exact opposite of a burnout.
